All unit owners are invited to attend the annual HOA meeting being held on Saturday August 24th at 8am at 183 State St, Orem, UT. The minutes from this meeting will be posted under the Condo Certification tab of this site.

Visitor parking stalls are limited and may not be used for overnight parking without approval of the HOA board. Send an email to the board to request limited time approval. Management@LakeridgeHOA.com.
If there are any maintenance requests such as light bulb replacements or landscaping problems please email Management@LakeridgeHOA.com.

If you would like to rent out your extra parking stall, please send an email to Management@LakeridgeHOA.com in order to advertise your stall. Please provide your name and number.
Please do not leave valuables of any kind in your vehicles. Be sure to secure and lock your vehicles. Be vigilent at night and report any suspecious activity to the police by calling 911.
